Dana Patten-Rickenbacker, known as Sugar Shoes by her friends, is a Bratz character that first appeared as a doll in the the Stylin’ Salon ‘N’ Spa playset and on screen in CoooolTV.
Dana was originally considered the 5th member of the Bratz pack by fans, being one of the most produced Bratz characters outside of the core four along with Phoebe, Roxxi, Meygan and Fianna. Alongside Bratz she had dolls released under the Lil' Angelz, Bratz Babyz, 4-Ever Lil' Angelz, Bratz Kidz, Itsy Bitsy Bratz and Funky Fashion Makover brands and appeared on fashion packs, merchandise, in movies, tv shows, games, books and magazines.
Her appearances have dwindled over the years, having not had an original doll released since 2011 and very rarely appearing on any posts on the brand's social media pages, nor is she included in any of the animated shorts or Talking Bratz episodes.
Dana lives in Stilesville with her mother and her cat. She attended the same middle school as the Bratz and attended Stiles High in her teens. She sometimes writes articles for Bratz Magazine.

Dana has long dark brown curly hair with a light skin tone. Her eye color is mainly blue, but changed in all versions.

Dana's friends gave her the nickname Sugar Shoes because she's always hunting for the funkiest feminine footwear. Her style is very feminine and girly and includes lot of ruffles, sparkles and cute cardigans.

Dana mentions her mother briefly in Sleep-Over Adventure. She refuses to buy Dana a charm bracelet as she always loses jewelry.
Dana has two sisters named Maribel and Tiana, however many fans consider this relationship to be non-canon.

Dana is good friends with Cloe, Fianna, Felicia, Jade, Meygan, Sasha, Yasmin, Vinessa, Nevra, Cade, Cameron, Eitan, Koby and Dylan.
