Mason "Dipper" Pines (born on August 31, 1999) is the main protagonist of the Disney Channel/Disney XD animated series Gravity Falls.

He is the younger twin brother of Mabel Pines and the great-nephew of Stanley and Stanford Pines who was sent to spend the summer with Stanley in Gravity Falls, Oregon. After discovering Stanford's third journal, he spent the summer investigating the mysteries of the town with the help of his family. He is the former archenemy of Li'l Gideon and one of the two arch-nemeses of Bill Cipher, alongside Stanford.
