Monique was a recurring villain in Touched by an Angel. She is a evil counterpart to Monica. Like Kathleen, she is a
demon, and disguises herself. Her first appearance was in the Season 5 episode, "The Man Upstairs." Where she is sent by the devil to deceive and trick a salesman to impersonate Monica, then sell his soul.
Her second and final appearance was in Season 9, where Monica and Tess have a day off and she impersonates Monica and steals their Red Cadillac while Gloria was in the passenger seat.
When Monica saw her, Monique's eyes glowed very red.
Later on, she took Gloria to a bar and was deceiving her about God.
